Reminder: Communicate with your audience!

Here's a quick tip for communicating with your audience:

Respond to comments.

Nobody likes to be ignored, and that goes double for people who have taken the time to reach out to you through social media. Make sure you respond to messages from users by thanking them for their message, or asking if there's anything else you can do to help them out. If someone has a question, answer it! It shows that you care about your customers, and it helps build trust in your brand.

Whenever you plan to post content make sure you spend 15 minutes before the post to engage and 15 - 30 minutes after you have posted to communicate and reply to comments.
